Our Executive Team
Alfranda "Al" Durr
President & CEO
As Chief Executive Officer Al is responsible for leading ALD & Associates LLC strategic vision, creating new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. He has more than three decades of experience in Human Resource, Equal Opportunity, Program Management as well as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs. Al served 28 years as a commissioned officer in the Army National Guard.
Sharon Moore
Executive Director
As Executive Director Sharon is responsible for overseeing ALD’s public relations, community and employee engagement efforts and managing the company’s operations. She brings more than 30 years of experience in training and team building, project and program administration, business operations, organizational leadership, and program assessments. Sharon is a retired Army Colonel serving in national policy and program management positions.
Dr. Andrea Davis
Chief Social Scientist and Principal Consultant
As Chief Social Scientist Dr. Davis is responsible for leading and overseeing social science research and analysis within the organization. Her roles include providing strategic guidance, conducting research studies, and advising on social and behavioral aspects of organizational initiatives. Dr. Davis also leads curriculum development as well as survey design, implementation, and analysis. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Florida.
