Alfranda “Al” Durr and Dr. Andrea Davis are the core of ALD & Associates LLC. They bring decades of leadership, research, and hands-on experience. Together, they help organizations build stronger culture, improve performance, and enhance people outcomes.  

As President & Chief Executive Officer, Al Durr leads ALD’s strategy, business growth, and main client ties. With over 30 years in Human Resources, Equal Opportunity, and program management, Al brings a practitioner’s perspective focused on practical results. In 28 years as a commissioned officer in the Army National Guard, he honed his ability to lead under pressure and to prepare organizations for complex missions. Al’s pragmatic, people-centered style builds trust and lasting growth in challenging environments.

Dr. Andrea Davis is Chief Social Scientist and Principal Consultant. She brings thorough research and sharp analysis to ALD’s projects, leading research, curriculum development, survey design, and assessment analysis to support strategic decisions. Dr. Davis holds a Ph.D. from the University of Florida and ensures ALD’s work is grounded in data, behavioral science, and measurable outcomes.  

Together, Al and Dr. Davis blend strategy with science, experience with facts, and leadership with learning. Their combined approach enables ALD to provide tailored solutions for leadership challenges, engage employees, and deliver future-ready, measurable organizational improvements.
