Meet Our Team at ALD & Associates LLC

As Chief Executive Officer Al is responsible for leading ALD & Associates LLC strategic vision, creating new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. He has more than three decades of experience in Human Resource, Equal Opportunity, Program Management as well as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs. Al served 28 years as a commissioned officer in the Army National Guard.

As Executive Director Sharon is responsible for overseeing ALD’s public relations, community and employee engagement efforts and managing the company’s operations. She brings more than 30 years of experience in training and team building, project and program administration, business operations, organizational leadership, and program assessments. Sharon is a   retired Army Colonel serving in national policy and program management positions.

Dr. Dickerson joined ALD & Associates LLC following a very successful career as a Senior Administrator and Music Educator. He earned his Doctorate in Human Development and Organizational Learning. Dr. Dickerson provides DEIA, team building, leadership, and is certified in 4 Lenses Temperament Training.  His training establishes trust to achieve desired outcomes and build on strengths to maintain inclusive culture.

Ramon (Sgt Ret) a twenty-five-year law enforcement veteran with Reno Police Department.  He is considered a subject matter expert and advocate on law enforcement reforms and social justice matters and trainer. Ramon continues his work with the United States Department of Justice, National Crime Prevention Council, and organizations providing council and guidance to implementing strategies to improve community/police relations.

Oliver Allen is the CEO of Training and Development Strategies, LLC.  He’s an accomplished national speaker, trainer, innovative, and resourceful senior leader with over 33 years of experience. Oliver is well versed in creating strategic alliances with organization leaders that align with and support key business initiatives. Builds and retains high performance teams by hiring, developing, and motivating skilled professionals.

Founder and Principal Coach, brings over 15 years of diverse experience, from Addictions Counseling with the Department of Corrections to IT leadership and now DEIB consulting and coaching. With a mission to forge Equitable and Thriving workplaces, she empowers human-centered leaders through expertise as a certified NLP Master and Diversity-to-Belonging Facilitator. Alexandria is advancing her skills with ICF ACC certification and brings a diverse educational background in Psychology, Information Technology, and Business.

Greg Jenkins CEO of Greg Jenkins Consulting is a leader in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) solutions. Greg and his team offer D&I consulting and training, however, and much more. From his proprietary prosocial behavioral research and organizational assessments to D&I strategy development and training to award-winning mentorship program development and support he brings proven expertise and experience to our team.

Sara Simmons, CEO of HC Vantage is an accomplished leader in executive coaching and leader development. Grounded in decades of military service, experience and leadership, her interventions act as a catalyst for change; change in mindset lead to suitable behavior change while producing better results. She is a certified ICF Coach and brings a wealth of experiences to the team.
