This training is designed to provide leaders with a greater sense of awareness and tool to develop high preforming teams. In addition to the impact of the pandemic and social and racial unrest teams face many challenges such as lack of trust, inability to work through conflict, personal agendas and lack of accountability or commitment. This training will equip leaders with the skills to effectively engage their team to gain desire results and improve performance.

The training is designed to raise awareness of unconscious bias and steps individuals can take to prevent biased attitudes, practices and behaviors from interfering with workplace decisions, relationships, and interactions.
